Common questions
Do I need technical knowledge to buy an LED display?
No. It is enough to know where the display will be used, whether it is indoor or outdoor, and its approximate size. Pixel pitch, cabinet layout, control and power components are determined during configuration.
Are prices shown on the site?
For single products the unit price is shown on the product page and in the cart. For complete LED display projects the price depends on size, pixel pitch, quantity, delivery and installation scope, so it is provided as a quote for your project.
Can I buy a single product?
Yes. You can add products with a published price to the cart and order them; for products without a published price yet you can request a quote from your cart. If you are building a new screen, going with a complete project is the safer way to guarantee that the components match.
Are installation and shipping included?
In complete projects, shipping and installation can be planned as part of the project. After the order, you follow the preparation, shipping and installation steps on your order page.
How is payment made?
Once the order is created, payment is taken on the payment provider's secure page. Your card details are not stored in LedCommerce systems.
Who will be my point of contact?
The entire commercial process runs through LedCommerce. LedCommerce is your single point of contact for quotes, orders, sourcing, shipping and installation coordination.
